Who likes old and dry bread??? I guess no one:) So it is my responsibility to find a way to bring it to life again:)

Of course, we can always dry it till it becomes like a rock and make crumbles of it with some garlic and herbs, but wouldn’t you agree that this pie is just perfect for a brunch or picnic?

So here is what you will need:

- old white bread

- 2 eggs

- 1 glass of milk (I used soy milk)

- pinch of salt and cinnamon

- spoon of coconut oil for cooking

Toping: melted chocolate, roasted seeds and spirulina

Tear up your old bread to smaller pieces

Whisk eggs with milk, salt and cinnamon

Pour your mixture on bread and combine it with your hands so all the bread pieces would be wet

Heat the pan with coconut oil

Put the bread and eggs mixture in the pan, make it even with spatula, put the lid on and cook it on the medium heat for 7-9 min

After that take the lid off, put big plate on top of the pan and carefully turn it around. Put the pie back in the pan (roasted side upwards). Fry it for 5 more min.

It is done! Pour some melted chocolate on top together with fresh berries, roasted seeds, spirulina flakes or dried fruits, grab forks and dig into it!

Enjoy and do not waste food:)
