Best fish stew/soup (Caldeirada)

This time I am not speaking too much!

You do not have to live in Azores to get some good fish, so I want to show you how you have to do layers of best fish stew/soup ever.

This thing is called Caldeirada and my dear Sonia taught me how to do it, so lets take a look in the ingredients:

- few different fish pieces (you can also use shrimps or mussels)

- potatoes

- garlic, onion, bay leaves

- sea weed

- sweet pepper (cut in big slices)

- fresh tomatoes + a can of peeled and chopped tomatoes

- olive oil

- herbs, salt, pepper

- 1/2 glass of water

That is it! You make the layers, pour some olive oil on top, add water and boil it till the potatoes are cooked!
