It is very hard for me to find some free time for writing or reading since I spend all my free time for sports or eating… If I do sports - I want to eat and if I eat - I have to do sports. That is a circle that you cannot change. It is all related and it all looks very logical for me xD
Also, I started preparation for swimming to the island that is nearby so that will take a lot of my free time also! The distance is not big but it is my first time swimming so far from the coast in the ocean:) nevertheless, local fisherman and a friend named Isidro promised to lead me so my fear of suddenly getting cramp disappeared in 5 seconds.

Planning my further journey is also looking good: I finally have my tickets back to the mainland and I already know were I am volunteering next (it is a surf camp near Porto, south Portugal). It is time to start going back to reality from this heaven that I live in now… I still have to come back to my hometown someday… Have no idea how it will make me feel//

Anyway, I start to fight myself because it is very hard for me to write in English! I feel the lack of words and epithets, but I really want to control this language the same as I know how to read best of Lithuanian poetry:) I know that it takes time and I just hope that I will have enough patient to make it right//
And now, lets talk about milk!!!

Since I am here, in Portugal, I drink cows milk only with coffee in the cafés because all the farm owners that I met with usually use soy or rice milk. Considering that I am always searching for a way to live good but cheap - I decided to try to do oat milk at home!
It is really easy, really fast and really delicious ( if you like smooth consistency)
Here is what you need:
- 1 glass of oats + hot water
- 4 glasses of cold water
- 1 spoon of honey
Pour some hot water on oats to soak
Put these oats in the blender, add honey
Pour cold water and turn on the blender

Blend it for 5-6min (or till you cannot see the oats no more)

Prepare a bowl with a cheese cloth or a strainer

Strain milk and keep it in the fridge (2-3 days), shake well before using

I used it with morning cereals and I added it to my smoothies or coffee! Talking about that, I still haven’t tried Bullet Proof Coffee recipe, have you ever heard about it???

Talk to you soon,
Vita Marija
