Any kind of addiction is bad, even if you are addicted to food!
I stopped for one moment and saw that I am not only very keen on constant running, but also - I have addiction for food! I crave it, I dream it and it is time for us to set some boundaries!
Also, there is that moment in your life when you meet scales. I haven’t seen them for a couple of years and when we finally met - it was not so nice…
On 16th of December I realised: even that I eat pretty healthy and do a lot of different activities - I just reached the highest weight that I have ever had. That was unpleasant and shocking.
I decided not to wait for the Christmas to be over and started the fruit diet the very next morning. This type of diet was created by doctor Emilova and you can find more information about it here: https://emilova.eu/index.php/en/
Here is what you have to do: for 10 days you only eat fruit (as much as you want), drink 2l of water per day and at least 3-4 cups of infusion tea with honey (also per day). I also used dried fruits, coconut milk, cinammon, coconut flakes and so on//
The other 10 days you continue to eat fruits (as much as possible), but you can also add this:


1. For lunch and dinner you can add a little portion of green salads (with lemon juice and black pepper)
2. For lunch and dinner you can add a bit bigger portion of green salads (with lemon juice and black pepper)
3. For lunch and dinner you can add a bit bigger portion of green salads (with lemon juice and black pepper) + little boiled potatoe
4. For lunch and dinner you can add a bit bigger portion of green salads (with lemon juice and black pepper)
5. For lunch and dinner you can add a bit bigger portion of green salads (with lemon juice and black pepper) + 1 slice of black bread
6. For lunch and dinner you can add a bit bigger portion of green salads (with lemon juice and black pepper) + 1 slice of bread + salt
7. The same as before but also white cheese (like ricotta) + nuts
8. You can eat a soup (lentils or beans) + olive oil on your salads
9. To your day you can add polenta or rice
10. Eat WHAT YOU WANT (except fish or meat)
*** If you want to drink coffee - do it early in the morning, but before it - drink 2 cups of infusions (no sugar, no milk)
And this is how you have to survive for 20 days…
UPDATE:
So, my diet has come to an end:) on my last day (when I could have eat what ever I want except fish or meat) I did not go crazy and tried to stick to my daily routine! I hope to continue with this later on also!
Weight which I lost did not come back yet, but I can say that I felt better when I was on my diet! When I drank my first cup of coffee after 15 days of not drinking - I felt like I was on drugs!!! My heart was shaking like crazy for 3 hours, so please, be careful if you have low blood pressure:)
The consequences of this diet:
- my body is more fit now, all the unnecessary water ran out of my body (I can see all the bones on fingers or neck more clearly)
- I fixed my skin problems (allergies and cellulite)
- I had a Wonderfull sleep (easy to fall asleep, easy to wake up)
- I had a routine of eating at the same time and that helped me to manage my digestion
- I lost 4 kg
By the way, that is how my favourite dishes would look like:
Smoothie bowl with fresh fruits + apple with avocado, lemon juice and pepper
On my 5th day of diet I even let myself this treat (banana, apple, cinamon and raisins glazed with 1/2 spoon of honey):

Here is how my salads looked like:
I started to put fruits in my salads (like pomegranate seeds, mango, kiwi or orange)! That is not only healthy, but also really delicious!

All the weight will come back someday, but the diet was more than that!
It was hard, but I really enjoyed it:) if I could do it - so can you!
