Help!!! Please!

I do not know how to stop eating! I imagine little dragon living inside of me and eating everything that I give to him… It is starting to get ridiculous. I am so small and I eat more than big men.

And traveling in Portugal is not helping also. Every day begins and ends with lots of bread.

So I stay stop! At least for a while...

We need to control ourselves and I choose to do it in a very nice way//

Hah... I think that it doesn't look like "stoping" for you, but for me - it is. This oat bar is super nutritious and I eat small part of it instead of 3 or 4 slices of bread with different jams. So if you compare the calories - it is deffinetely something close to stoping:)

So here is what you need:

- 130g butter (which ever you want, it can be regular or coconut butter)

- 1 big spoon of peanut butter

- 200g oats

- 150g nuts and dried fruits mix (or you can choose only your favourite nut)

- 100g melted chocolate (it is not mandatory, but life should be sweet - so as these bars!)

In a medium size pot melt butter with peanut butter

Add your oats, nuts and dried fruits (I do not chop them, but if you like - you can cut them in smaller pieces) to the melted butter

Mix it well and transfer them to baking trays (with baking paper) *You can put in to 2 small or 1 big tray, just don’t make this bar too tall, otherwise it will be not so nice to eat

Squeeze it, make it straight and put it into fridge for at least 2 hours

When you take it out - pour some melted milk chocolate then put these gorgeous bars in the freezer for 15min and you are ready to eat!!

If you have enough will not to eat it at once, keep these bars in the fridge. They can stay there for a week or even more, but I believe there won’t be nothing left till then

Cheers to stoping and controlling, xx
