Vegan apple pie with plums

A couple of months ago the one thing that I liked about vegans was jokes about them!

Yet here I am, talking about vegan food...

And if honestly, now I have no shame of doing that because this pie is really really worth it!

For this recipe you will need:

- 150g walnuts

- 100g almonds

- 150g dried dates

- 1 spoon of coconut oil

- 3 medium size apples

- 3 plums

- 1/3 spoon of cinamon

- 1/2 lemon juice

- 1 spoon of honey

1) Lets begin: walnuts, almonds, dates and coconut oil pour into food processor and blend them till they are well crushed.

2) If you succeeded - proceed by putting the nuts in the baking tray and squeeze it till they look like this:

3) Peel the apples. Chop them and the plums into thin slices, cover them with lemon juice, cinamon and honey, mix a little and transfer them on the baking tray.

Bake it in the oven ( 180C ) for about 25min. Wait for it to cool down, or if possible - leave it in the fridge for the whole night.

That is it! My first attempt to be vegan was quite awesome and I believe that I will continue to try vegan stuff again.
